UFM5000 Ultrasonic Cutting for Chocolate, it is the automatic ultrasonic slicing machine. It could slice the rectangle, round and loaf chocolate with a wide range temperature from minus 15 degrees Celsius to room temperature. The rectangle size could be up to 400×600 mm. There is a function for blade self-cleaning and self-dry. Remote control by WiFi and UV function.
