Product Description

The UFM8000-1 Inline Ultrasonic Spraying System is a high-speed, high-performance spray coating tool designed for the thin, uniform application of coatings and suspensions for high-volume, high-throughput production requirements. A high volume production coating system for wide area coatings such as glass, textiles and food manufacturing. A conveyorized system configured with 1-4 stationary ultrasonic nozzles or one reciprocating nozzle for low to mid-volume production. This equipment is equipped with a metal conveyor belt for easy cleaning and a waste collection device for easy liquid recovery and saving expensive liquids.
