Cheersonic’s Fuel Cell Coating Machines For AEMFCs, PEMs, GDL, electrolyzer manufacturing, R&D to hi-volume.

The fuel cell industry is the most promising industry in terms of the advancement of clean and safe technologies for sustainable energy generation. The polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell is divided into two parts: anion exchange membrane fuel cells (AEMFCs) and proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs). AEMFC’s intrinsic advantages, such as good cathode kinetics and electrode polarization, surpass those of the PEMFC. AEMFCs are a promising technology that can solve the high-cost problem of PEMFCs that have reached technological saturation and overcome technical limitations. As the membrane forms the core of the AEMFCs, it should conduct OH− ions well, exhibit no electronic conduction and low fuel crossover, and retain its physico-mechanical properties in the hydrated state.

Spray Coating AEMFCs - AEM Electrolyser Coatings - Cheersonic
Cheersonic ultrasonic coating systems suitable for R & D, small and medium-sized batch production. It produce highly durable, uniform, coatings of carbon-based catalyst inks onto both fuel cell and electrolysis processes for proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolyzers such as Nafion, without deformation of the membrane.

The advantages of Cheersonic ultrasonic coating systems include:

1.Excellent stiction “adherence” to PEM; optimal for high vibration fuel cell applications such as automotive parts.
2.Low diversion pressure can reduce waste of overcoating and air pollution
3.Intermittent or continuous operation
4.High transfer efficiency.
5.no blockage
6.Utilization> 95%
7.Corrosion resistant stainless steel and titanium construction
