(4) 400*400mm of combination heat and vacuum substrate plate: the max heating is up to 150℃. It could finish adsorption and heating simultaneous to improve the uniformity of the film.
(5) The liquid delivery system including syringe pump and 25ml/50ml/100ml ultrasonic dispersion syringe to realize ultra low flow rate control. The liquid delivery system is ideal for dispersing catalyst inks or slurries.
(6) The machine is installed with intelligent programming system and friendly operation system.
(7) The vibration from ultrasonic nozzle continuously beak up agglomerated particles and keep them evenly dispersed. And it can maximize the consistency of the liquid characteristics during the spraying process.
