Chocolate Chips Cut – Ultrasonic Food Cutter – Cheersonic
Chocolate chips are a cookie that originated in the United States. Featuring chocolate chips in cookies, the traditional recipe is made from dough with cream, granulated sugar, white sugar, vanilla and semisweet chocolate chips. Others may include different chocolates, or ingredients like nuts or oatmeal. Chocolate chip cookies were invented by Ruth Graves Wakefield. It is said that Ruth Wakefield ran out of baking chocolate one day when she was making chocolate chip cookies, so she used bits of semisweet chocolate from Nestle instead, a new chocolate chip cookie was born. They have perfect puffy tops, lightly crisp edges, and soft, chewy middles that are packed with chocolate chips, and white sugar and vanilla fill them with rich, warm depth of flavor.
Chocolate chip cookies are crumbly and require more cutting. It is difficult to achieve the expected results with ordinary blades, and the chocolate may be broken and residues on the blade may occur. Cheersonic has helped many customers to solve the chocolate chip cookies cutting problem with the common demand of consumers. The ultrasonic vibrations prevent food from crumbling, shattering or from sticking to the blade. Ultrasonic cutting technology is a progressive industrial technique that uses high frequency vibrations to cut through materials with precision. Using the high frequency vibrations of the sonotrode (blade), we can drastically reduce the friction between the product and the blade, allowing for superior quality cuts, even when processing delicate, soft or crumbly products. Minimum offcuts and at the same time rapid, variable, accurate and neat cuts – with smooth cutting edges. The shape of the cut product will only be modified a little. With innovative ultrasonic technique you will achieve best cutting quality!
