Cheersonic’s automatic ultrasonic cutting machine for brownies and rocky road. UFM5000 ultrasonic cutting machine could slice the rectangle, round and loaf cakes with a wide range temperature from minus 15 degrees Celsius to room temperature. The rectangle size could be up to 458×738 mm. The maximum cake height could be 90mm. It could cut the rocky road and brownies in the tray or out of tray.
